- Enlarge the scope of the TUC by embarking on the unionisation of senior staff of organisations.
- Generate labour owned businesses solely or in collaboration with other agencies.
- Organise the informal sector into trade unions
- Revise and enhance the curriculum of the Labour College with a view to raising standards and meeting the high educational aspirations of workers.
