The TUC currently is made up of EIGHTEEN NATIONAL UNIONS which are constituted mainly along industrial sectors. These national unions which are affiliates of the TUC are:

  4.  Maritime and Dock-workers’ Union (MDU)

  6. Timber and Wood-workers’ Union (TWU)
  7. Railway Workers’ Union (RWU)
  8.  Public Utility Workers’ Union (PUWU)
  9. General Transport, Petroleum and Chemical Workers’ Union (GTPCWU)
  10. Teachers and Educational Workers’ Union (TEWU)
  11. Railway Engine-men’s Union (REU)
  12. Communications Workers’ Union (CWU)
  13. Local Government Workers’ Union (LGWU)
  14.  National Union of Seamen (NUS)
  15. Health Services Workers’ Union (HSWU)
